The requirements for materials in heat engineering applications are manifold. The demand for optimum thermal conductivity is common to all fields of application. Added to this are aspects such as corrosion resistance, formability, weight minimisation, etc.

With the exception of silver, copper is the metal with the best thermal conductivity. However, there are also applications in which the excellent properties of copper cannot be used for example for reasons of corrosion resistance. Therefore, we offer part of our product range in other materials, such as aluminium or steel, thereby covering a very wide spectrum of applications.
